  5. retired USA Today founder Al Neuharth. In a recent column he
  6. grumbled that "young, attractive" flight attendants have been
  7. replaced by "aging women" or "flighty young men" and demanded the
  8. return of "sky girls." Employees in the paper's newsroom protested,
  9. and Susan Bianchi-Sand, head of the flight attendants' union,
  10. wondered if he might be living up to the title of his upcoming
  11. autobiography, Confessions of an S.O.B.
